Beyond Basics - Acrylic Classes for Adults

Time: 6pm - 9pm
Cost: $40 per week
Students will learn about material choices, complete exercises in colour, values, producing vibrant backgrounds, palette knives, sponges and tools to create different effects. During the six week workshops, students will complete 4 paintings suitable for framing. All materials are provided, however, students may wish to bring in their own paints and brushes to complete paintings and practice at home.
Watercolours for Beginners - Painting Our World

If you wish to develop your skills in the challenging medium of watercolour, this beginner level course is designed for you. The course will cover material choices, complete exercises in colour, values, producing backgrounds, using a Lightbox, resists, inks and tools to create beautiful landscape and seascape paintings. All Materials are provided.

Join our " Art Club for Seniors" on Wednesday Mornings 10 am - 12pm in engaging weekly workshops for older adults who want to explore their creative selves. Dive into meaningful conversations weaved with art exploration and creation. Club members will explore a variety of media, textural tools and techniques to capture the essence of our subjects - an approach embraced by many modern artists. We believe that engaging with art and expressing creativity enhances well - being. All materials and instructions are provided.
